Phil Jaekl is a cognitive neuroscientist and writer, who studied at York University in Toronto and went on to do postdoctoral research in audiovisual sensory integration at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and at the University of Rochester.  He enjoys the outdoors and probably wishes he was fishing right now.
