Aya Labanieh

Aya Labanieh is a writer, political organiser, and aspiring poet. She is a PhD candidate in the English and Comparative Literature Department at Columbia University in New York, where she serves as an instructor of writing composition. She is also assistant editor at the Journal of Arabic Literature.
