1. I'm a Friend of Aeon. How do I access the benefits?

Sign in to Aeon here: https://aeon.co/sign-in. If you are unable to see your benefits when signed in, please contact support@aeon.co so we can complete the process.

2. I intended to make a one-off donation but have been charged twice. Why?

We have two donation pathways available. You can make a one-off donation or become a friend by providing ongoing support. If you would like to cancel an ongoing donation please see question 3 (below).


3. How do I change/cancel my recurring donation?

If you're a Friend of Aeon, click on the avatar in the right-hand corner of the screen. Go to 'Profile'. Click on the ‘Donations’ tab on your profile page. You can manage your recurring donation here. If you would like to change or cancel your ongoing donation via PayPal, simply log in to your PayPal account.

4. How do I update my credit card?

In order to update your credit card for a recurring donation, simply sign in here: https://aeon.co/sign-in. Click on the avatar in the right-hand corner. Go to 'Profile'. Select 'Donations'. Select 'Update credit card'.

Once this is updated, your Friends membership should continue as usual.

5. I'm a Friend of Aeon. How do I access the benefits?

If you have made a one-off donation of $50 or more, or if you have a recurring donation, you are entitled to Friends benefits. To access them, sign in to Aeon here: https://aeon.co/sign-in.

If you are unable to see your benefits when signed in, please contact support@aeon.co so we can complete the process.

What are my Friends benefits?

As a Friend you can:

  •  Save and annotate your favourite pieces in your Library
  •  Access the Aeon Edition: a collection of the best of Aeon designed to be read offline as an ebook
  •  Receive recognition on our supporters page if you wish

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

The newsletter sign-up is located at the top and bottom of every page: https://aeon.co/

I’ve subscribed to your newsletter but it is not appearing in my inbox.

It may be that the emails are ending up in your promotions or spam folders. We’d suggest adding newsletter@aeon.co to your contacts.

If the newsletter is still not coming through, please contact support@aeon.co. In the email, please provide your full name, the email address you subscribed with, and whether you subscribed to our daily or weekly newsletters, or both.

How do I change my preferences to the daily or weekly newsletter?

You can update your preferences any time by clicking 'update preferences' at the footer of each newsletter.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To unsubscribe, simply click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the footer of the newsletter.

I would like to change the email address I use to log into Aeon and Psyche.

Login using your existing email address. Click on the avatar with your initials in the right-hand corner. Go to 'Profile'. Here, you can update your email address.
