Barbara Seeber
Professor, Brock University
Barbara Seeber is professor of English language and literature at Brock University in Ontario, Canada. Her primary areas of writing and teaching are Jane Austen, 18th- and early 19th-century fiction, and Animal Studies. Her latest book is The Slow Professor: Challenging the Culture of Speed in the Academy (2016), co-authored with Maggie Berg.
