Caesarean births are another big culprit to rising autoimmunity. Another big regulator of inflammation that is no longer part of the Western lifestyle is intermittent fasting. I believe this is the real reason why so many people are turning to paleo/fasting mimicking diet to feel better.
I am not a story
Caitlin AamodtI recently did a personal development workshop (Landmark Forum) where participants learned how to separate stories and interpretations from the “what happened” of formative or distressing life events. It was a transformative experience. Ever since my anxiety has been at an all time low and my focus and productivity at an all time high. Regardless of peoples’ feelings about this type of coaching, for participants like me the results speak for themselves.
