Alon Harel is the Phillip and Estelle Mizock Chair in Administrative and Criminal Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is the co-founder and co-editor of the journal Jerusalem Review of Legal Studies, and the author of Why Law Matters (2014).
