Anand Vaidya (1976-2024) was professor of business ethics and the philosophy of artificial intelligence at San José State University, and visiting professor of Indian philosophy of mind and knowledge at University of California, Los Angeles. His publications included the co-edited textbooks Professions in Ethical Focus: An Anthology (2nd ed, 2019) and The Epistemology of Modality and Philosophical Methodology (2023).
