He is the author of The Stupidity Paradox: The Power and Pitfalls of Functional Stupidity at Work (2016), co-written with Mats Alvesson. His latest book is Desperately Seeking Self-Improvement: A Year Inside the Optimisation Movement (2017), co-written with Carl Cederström.
