Betül Kaçar is a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a NASA Early Career Faculty Award recipient. She is the director of the NASA Astrobiology Consortium MUSE, dedicated to understanding the evolution of elements. She is interested in origins and evolution of life, and life beyond Earth.
