Brian Wong is a Rhodes Scholar from Hong Kong in 2020 and a DPhil in political theory at Balliol College at the University of Oxford. They are also the founding editor-in-chief of the Oxford Political Review, with research interests in historical and contemporary injustice and applied ethics.
