Bruce Fudge is professor of Arabic at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. He is the author of Quranic Hermeneutics: al-Tabrisi and the Craft of Commentary (2011) as well as a number of articles on the interpretation of the Quran and medieval and modern Arabic literature.
