Christof Mauch
Chair and Professor, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

Christof Mauch is director of the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society, and the Chair in American Culture and Transatlantic Relations, both at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) of Munich. He is an affiliated professor in history at LMU Munich, and an honorary professor at Renmin University in China. He is the author of Slow Hope: Rethinking Ecologies of Crisis and Fear (2019).
