I also like Mind Over Mood. Russ Harris’s The Happiness Trap is really excellent (I especially like the ILLUSTRATED Happiness Trap version), and another terrific book is Steven Hayes’s Get Out of Your Mind & Into Your Life, which outlines the basics of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (pronounced as one word: ACT).
