Joyce Tyldesley is professor of Egyptology in the Department of Classics, Ancient History, Archaeology and Egyptology at the University of Manchester in the UK. Her books include Cleopatra, Last Queen of Egypt (2008), Nefertiti’s Face: The Creation of an Icon (2018) and, co-authored with Nicky Nielsen, From Mummies to Microchips (2020).
