Paul W. Kahn is Robert W. Winner Professor of Law and the Humanities, and co-director of the Orville H. Schell, Jr Center for International Human Rights at Yale Law School. His latest book is Origins of Order: Project and System in the American Legal Imagination (2019). He lives in Killingworth, Connecticut.
