Benjy Barnett is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Imaging Neuroscience at University College London. He works in the MetaLab where is exploring the brain mechanisms governing different aspects of our conscious experience. He is especially interested in how cognitive domains traditionally distinct from perceptual neuroscience - such as numerical and social cognition - may facilitate our understanding of conscious perception.
