Christine Sypnowich is professor in the Department of Philosophy (cross-appointed to the Faculty of Law) and Queen’s National Scholar at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario. Her books include The Concept of Socialist Law (Oxford University Press, 1990) and Equality Renewed: Justice, Human Flourishing and the Egalitarian Ideal (Routledge, 2017). She is currently completing a book on the philosophy of G. A. Cohen (Polity, forthcoming).
