Keith Harary

Keith Harary, Ph.D. serves as a strategic and behavioural consultant working with key players in the development of a coordinated national response to the imminent threat of EMP, pandemic and related extreme disaster scenarios. He serves as Emergency Response Incident Commander with CDS, in Houston, Texas, an advanced technology company focused on developing public-private partnerships with government and industry to protect mission-critical national infrastructure. He is on the Board of Advisors of Deasil Cognitive, a Houston company that utilises proprietary artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain software to process and secure complex healthcare, energy, government and other infrastructure and national security-related data. He is a member of the EMP Special Interest Group in Infragard, a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector focused on critical infrastructure protection.
