Recent studies have shown that working in cognitively diverse groups boosts creativity and problem-solving. This playfully animated short features audio from a lecture by the British author Matthew Syed at the RSA in London in 2019, and borrows from his research for the book Rebel Ideas: The Power of Diverse Thinking (2019) to argue in favour of cognitive diversity as a tool for innovation.
